01.Welding
Dynamic's team of AWS-certified welders occupies ten welding bays and has up to seven different weld certifications on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. 02.Powder Coating
Dynamic employs a painting and powder coating system that ensures that the color and finish applied to your part or product is both consistent and durable. Using an advanced three-stage pre-treatment, we perform an optional mechanical de-scaling and then apply an iron-phosphate base coating before applying the final powder-coating layer and running it through our curing oven.
03.Laser Cutting
LASER CUTTING Our advanced laser cutting technology delivers exceptional precision, speed, and efficiency for projects of every size. Using state-of-the-art tube, fiber, and flat lasers, we produce accurate, repeatable parts while reducing production time and material waste.
04.Engineering
Our engineering department brings a combined 40 years of fabrication design experience to every project. We can translate your existing drawings or bring your ideas to life using our in-house expertise or through collaboration with your engineering team. Our full spectrum of machining and milling capabilities places Dynamic at the top of our class. Whether your material is steel, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper, or plastic, Dynamic has the capability to cut, shape, and assemble to your demanding specifications. 06.Custom Manufacturing Serivice
Dynamic provides custom metal fabrication of almost any size in a wide variety of materials. We provide a full slate of manufacturing services from flat sheet cutting, forming, and welding up to and including powder coat finishing. Our project quality and turnaround is second to none. Depending upon your project engineering and material needs, we will typically go from project inception to prototype or first lot delivery in a short time.
